Grandma Marta By: Ivan (I did this last year.)

Hello my name is Ivan.I am about to tell you what I did last year 2019. Before you ask what the celebration is about, I am going to tell you what it is. In this celebration we wear red and white shirt pins,wristbands,necklaces and even house things. So it always starts like this.Some time before March we always wait for our grandma to give us some packages and inside the packages are food and red and white wristbands,shirt pins,necklaces everything that is required for the celebration of grandma Marta. Then we lay all the things on the table and then we choose which one is whos.Everyone gets at least three and then we wait for March to start. Once March starts we wear our chosen things until March finishes. We don’t take them off unless we are going to sleep or taking a shower. When March finishes then we take the things off and wait for March to happen again. Once you have already worn your chosen things, then you can’t wear them again or you won’t get any good luck. The point in this celebration is luck. When we wear them we get good luck. This is the point in grandma Marta.
